1. Lottery Enrollment Agreement and Terminology
The following sets forth the terms and conditions relating to the arrangement between the Player who is participating ("Player") and Pick3Free ("P3F"). "Entry" means an entry or entries into lottery games conducted by Pick3Free. "Offer(s)" refer to the associated advertisements and forms that must be chosen and completed by the Pick3Free Player to finish a successful Entry.
2. Eligibility, Liability and Indemnity
The Player must be a natural person over the age of 18 years and is not now nor has ever been an employee of any US/UK/European or other international lottery. The laws and/or rules applicable in your place of residence may prohibit you from completing Entries with us or completing Offers with us. Some jurisdictions have laws which prohibit you from completing Entries with us or completing Offers with us. Other jurisdictions have laws which prescribe age requirements for completing Entries or Offers with us, and other jurisdictions have laws which operate in other ways to prevent you from completing Entries or Offers with us. We do not wish to violate any such law nor allow you to complete Entries or Offers with us where your doing so would violate any such law. If you are a resident of any jurisdiction where you are subject to any such law, you are prohibited from completing an Offer or an Entry. Players are allowed to enter each Pick 3 Draw once, for a total of two (2) Entries per day. If only one Offer is displayed for Player's location, they may only complete one Entry per day. While considerable time will be taken towards updating content and Offers on the Pick3Free website, Pick3Free cannot guarantee the accuracy of this content, and makes no guarantee to update Offers on any specific basis or timeframe.
Each party agrees and acknowledges that it is responsible for the payment of its own taxes on income received via advertisements, prizes, and/or tickets. The Player is wholly and solely responsible for filing any required forms with The Player's appropriate local authorities to ensure compliance with local and federal laws.
A permanent record will be made of the lottery numbers to be played for each Player, and the Player's specified contact information. In the event wrong information is provided by a Player, a Player shall not be entitled to any prize claim, and their ticket will be considered void. Player hereby waives any claim against Pick3Free for mishandling contact information.
5. Entries, Claiming Prizes, and Reasons for Withholding
The winning numbers are selected by the New Jersey Lottery, and displayed here before being imported into the P3F system. If the player has successfully completed an Offer and seen an Entry confirmation message, their selected three-digit number has been saved by the system along with their contact information. If the Player's selected three-digit number matches the winning number selected by the drawing - digit for digit, in exact sequence - that Player will become a winner. They will then be contacted by P3F with further instructions on how to claim their $500 Visa Gift Card. If any issues are found with the New Jersey lottery, Pick3Free assumes the right to withhold all prizes. Gift Cards are mailed to the winning Players on the 15th day of the following month, to allow all Offer contact information to be confirmed by P3F and its associated Advertisers. If contact information is found to be invalid, P3F assumes the right to withhold Prizes. We rely on this information being true and correct and not misleading. If the information is untrue, incorrect or misleading in any way, we may cancel your registration or cancel any Entry purchased by you or offers to purchase an Entry from you, and we may retain (or recover from you) the value of those Entries and any winnings paid to you and we may suspend and/or exclude you from being able to complete any further Entries. If Pick3Free suspects, for any reason, that provided information is fradulent or incorrect, Pick3Free reserves the right to withhold any Prizes.
In order to submit a successful Entry, the player must complete one offer with valid contact information that matches that in the Registration form on Pick3Free.com. P3F assumes the right to withhold Prizes and/or Entries if contact information is found to be in any way inaccurate or misleading. The Player MAY NOT complete the same Offer twice with different contact information.
7. Use of Personal Information
We collect information about you from the Entry Submission Form and use of this information may include your name, contact details, date of birth, and any and all other provided identification details relating to your use of the P3F website. We collect this information for the purposes of assessing and processing applications for Entries, for general administration purposes, for carrying out marketing, market research, research, planning, product development, and administration of your Pick3Free account. We are committed to protecting your personal information at all times. This means any information we collect from you is securely transmitted and stored. Further information is collected via Offers, and each Advertiser has different Use of Personal Information policies that are explained in full on their respective website. P3F assumes no liability for any misuse of personal information by its associated Advertisers.
These terms and conditions and the Pick3Free website are not and should not be understood in any way to be, advertising, promoting or inducing gambling, or publishing gambling information. A decision or determination of Pick3Free in relation to a draw, Offer or Entry and the declaration and payment of prizes under these rules and the relevant rules of the New Jersey Lottery is final and binding on players. No content on the Pick3Free website may be reproduced without consent and you agree that you will not interfere with the website, modify or create other material from the website. While considerable care has been taken in compiling and updating content on the Pick3Free website, we do not guarantee accuracy of such content. The Pick3Free website contains links to other sites not operated by us. We do not control those sites and cannot be held responsible for their content. Such links do not indicate endorsement or support of any goods, services or content on those sites and we will not be liable to any person for any goods, services or content which may be purchased or accessed through links to the Pick3Free website where supplied by us. You agree to indemnify us, our board members, officers, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal costs, arising out of your use of the Pick3Free website or from any violation of these terms and conditions (including negligent or wrongful conduct by yourself or any other person accessing the Play Online website).
